Health and Wellbeing Champions
Our Health and Wellbeing Champions are available to offer a confidential chat and signpost support across Coventry and Warwickshire. Awareness Days
This month’s newsletter focuses on burnout. With 65% of UK workers estimated to be experiencing burnout, it’s increasingly relevant for those working in primary care. The newsletter includes resources for individuals, self-help tools and guidance for managers and leaders on creating conditions where teams can work sustainably.
Learning Opportunities
There are several upcoming events and training sessions available this month:
- Leading Through Change – Tuesday 14th April, 09:30-12:30, Virtual (Teams). Free session for managers and leaders supporting their teams through organisational change. Register via cwtraininghub.co.uk.
- Menopause & HRT: What’s Changed, What Matters, What to Prescribe (First 5 (C&W) – C&W) – 14th April, 19:30–21:00
- Basic Life Support – 27th April.
