Future Leaders is an insightful and empowering course for anyone in General Practice ready to take steps into leadership, or early on in their leadership journey, to understand what type of leader you are or might be, and how to progress on your leadership journey.
We recognise that some people may want to start on a leadership journey, but are not sure where to start – this is an ideal first opportunity to develop yourselves as an emerging and future leader, with practical and theory sessions and hearing from local and national speakers.

Eligibility
In order to be eligible for this scheme, you must be currently working in any role in General Practice within Coventry and Warwickshire AND with 2 years experience in General Practice (not including any training period)
