A message from Jon Moll, Chief Officer of the Training Hub

As this financial year comes to a close and the NHS continues to undergo large scale change, we wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Despite changes, our ICB colleagues continue to support the Training Hub and the work we do.

We’d especially like to thank Dr Cat Roberts, Tim Sacks, Jamie Barrett and Jen Fulford, for their support over the last 12 months.

They’ve been huge advocates of our Training Hub and together we’ve provided a wide ranging education, support, training and development offer to general practice. Funding for 26/27 is confirmed, so we’re actively developing and planning programmes for the year ahead.

We also thank our core contract holder, NHSE, who continue to work with us through times of change. We recognise our host, Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Primary Care, who provide key infrastructure, enabling our delivery and thank other partners, such as Coventry University, Warwick Medical School, GP School and our ICB Medical and People Directorates. Last but in no way least, our thanks and gratitude go to our Training Hub team, whose passion, experience and dedication for supporting general practice remains.

We approach the final year of our core contract, with energy and desire to support general practice, keen to develop offers to all four pillars of primary care.

We look forward to working with Cluster ICB colleagues and partners, ensuring our workforce has opportunities to be the best they can possibly be with skills to deliver for patients both today, and in the future.
