Spotlight on Nature and Wellbeing

This month’s newsletter focuses on the link between nature and wellbeing. Spending time in green spaces, bringing plants into indoor spaces, gardening, walking outdoors or simply taking short breaks near nature can help improve mood, reduce stress and support both mental and physical wellbeing.

Local Practice Creates Staff Wellbeing Space

Moseley Avenue Surgery has transformed a small outdoor courtyard into a staff wellbeing garden. Led by Dr Helen Folan, the space now includes planters, sensory decorations, scented plants, shelter and seating, creating somewhere staff can step away, get fresh air and take a few minutes for their wellbeing.
