Spotlight on Summer Holiday Wellbeing
This month’s newsletter shares practical ways to look after your wellbeing during the summer, from staying cool and hydrated to maintaining a healthy routine, relaxing and spending time outdoors.
It also includes important water safety guidance, ideas for low-cost summer activities and links to local events across Coventry, Warwickshire and Rugby
Free Menopause and Work Toolkit
MENO-kit is a free, evidence-based online toolkit designed to help organisations raise awareness of menopause and provide better support in the workplace. It includes bite-sized training, practical resources, downloadable materials and guidance for employees, managers, HR teams and anyone interested in becoming a Menopause Champion.
The toolkit also includes information about managing menopause, workplace conversations and cognitive behavioural strategies that may help with symptoms. Access the free MENO-Kit here.
Year-Round Wellbeing Support
Support is available throughout the year through a range of local and national services, including the Employee Assistance Programme, Work Well Programme, Coventry and Warwickshire Wellbeing Hub, Freedom to Speak Up and local mental health support.
Your Health and Wellbeing Champion can help you explore the options and find the support that is most appropriate for you.
