This course is for practice nurses who have completed the previous 3 day course pre pandemic and just need a refresher of content and some updated information about delivering Cancer care reviews so that they can start reviewing their patients.
Content will include:
- Changing story of cancer
- The delivery of personalised care and support for cancer patients
- A refresher of treatment modalities and screening
- How to identify your patients and invite them
- Holistic needs assessments
- Demonstrations on using the EMIS template and any support you need to start seeing patients.
This course will be interactive and you will have an opportunity to ask questions.
