Chronic kidney disease is the cause of significant morbidity and mortality.  It is also closely linked to cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

People with chronic kidney disease are diagnosed and monitored through a range of blood and urine tests and this webinar explains which tests should be done when and why and what advice we can give to people with chronic kidney disease.

Your details will be shared with Point Six.
