Speakers: Sohrab Pandey GP Suicide Prevention Lead for Primary Care Derbyshire Integrated Partnership Board and Iulia Boldis (they/them/their) Coventry and Warwickshire Real Time Surveillance (RTS) Co-ordinator – Suicide Prevention, Coventry City Council
Sohrab is a GPwSI in mental health, he will talk about how to recognise risk of suicide and how to engage and encourage patients to get support. He will also talk about how the death by suicide of a patient will affect practice staff and ways we can support one another afterwards.
This will be followed by an update on local statistics from our public health team.
