Health Innovation West Midlands (HIWM), formerly known as the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network (WMAHSN) invite you to join our regional Pharmacy Network meeting.

The network has been developed to bring together pharmacy professionals across all sectors located in the West Midlands.

We aim to share learning and best practice in relation to Medicines Optimisation and showcase the great work which is taking place in the West Midlands. You can expect presentations from guest speakers, covering a range of clinical topics which are relevant to current regional and national priorities.

Please note this meeting will be recorded and the recording shared with registrants after the event.

Agenda:

This meeting will be chaired by our colleagues from NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin ICB.

There will be opportunity to hear from healthcare professionals who will share examples of good practice in relation to Medicines Optimisation.
