This taster session for Lifestyle Medicine (LSM) will consist of six modules that align to the pillars of LSM.

In addition to the pillars, there will be a wide focus on selfcare, self-management and resources linked to those, such as pain management, behaviour change and more. The six modules include:

  • Healthy Eating
  • Sleeping
  • Mental Wellbeing
  • Healthy Relationships
  • Physical Activity
  • Minimising harmful substances
