Supporting our General Practice Workforce Across Coventry & WarwickshireStarting this Autumn 2026

Coventry & Warwickshire Training Hub is proud to have signed the Wellbeing of Women ‘Menopause-Friendly Pledge’ and is supporting a new programme of workforce awareness, education and support.

The programme supports wider workforce wellbeing priorities and helps organisations prepare for forthcoming national requirements relating to menopause action planning and workplace support.

Following feedback from our general practice colleagues, we will be providing a range of awareness and educational sessions as below.

For All Staff

  • Recognising common perimenopause and menopause symptoms
  • Online and face to face training
  • How to access health and wellbeing support in-house, locally and nationally.

For Managers & Leaders

  • Confidence in having supportive conversations around peri/menopause.
  • Workplace adjustments, legal implications and what good supportive practice looks like
  • Menstruation & Menopause policy awareness
  • Building a stigma free and inclusive menopause-friendly environment for your team.

For Clinical Staff

  • Workforce menopause awareness
  • Clinical evidence-based treatment option updates
  • Educational sessions delivered by menopause specialist clinicians.
