This is a 2.5 day course on 14th March, 24th March and 25th April. Please make sure you are available to attend all three days

These Introduction days are for nurses and others new to the area of asthma care.

The programme moves you through from basic knowledge of the subject to a more positive and confident review of patients, both adults and children. It also has specific competencies that you can achieve both during and after such as:

  • Good inhaler technique
  • Recognition of poor control.

The new BTS/SIGN Guidelines are all included. A ½day completes the course with problem solving and case studies.

Following the course you will be sent slides and a certificate from BBO Training therefore your contact details will be shared with them.
