We will have an overview, and live demonstration, of the Learning From Patient Safety Events (LFPSE) system, outlining progress to date and the strategic vision for Primary Care over the next 12 months. WMAS will then share key insights and learning from their implementation experience. The session will conclude with a review of local LFPSE data and updates from our ICB. Clinicians and managers welcome to attend.
