This session introduces new clinical and non clinical staff to what effective leadership looks like in a busy general practice. We’ll explore the behaviours that build strong teams, the pitfalls, and the practical skills that help you lead with clarity and confidence in everyday work.
We will discuss leadership at every level — and how we can contribute positively to our practices.
