There has been a significant growth in demand for cardiology clinics over the last 10 years, resulting in increased pressure on cardiology services and  extended waits for patients.

This webinar will explore the Oxford GP Model and innovative collaboration between cardiology services and General Practitioners (GPs) to increase capacity within cardiology outpatinets, upskills GPs and provide an improved expereince for both professionals and patients. The session will cover  how it has been developed in Oxford and implemented in other areas, addressing some of the common challenges and concerns . 

The webinar is for all colleagues in primary and secondary care with an interest in cardiology outpatients services looking for innovative wasy to incrase capacity and improve collaboration between primary and secondary services to improve patient care and experience.
