Speaker Bio:

Ibrahim, is the Lead Practice Pharmacist at a large surgery in Greater Manchester, providing care for a population of over 50,000 patients.

An independent prescriber with extensive therapeutic knowledge and, manage a team of pharmacists working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient-centred care and improve patient outcomes.

Day-to-day, my role involves the running of clinics managing both acute and long-term conditions, conducting audits, complex polypharmacy reviews, medicines optimisation, writing and implementing prescribing policies.

Passionate about training and education, I have developed and provided education to health care professionals on a range of subjects both regionally and nationally for many years.
