The Primary Care Pharmacy EAG acts as a source of expertise, advice and opinion to inform RPS policy decisions and work plans. RPS members are welcome to observe the RPS Primary Care Pharmacy Expert Advisory Group meeting.
At this meeting we will be discussing repeat prescribing as part of the National Overprescribing work RPS are undertaking. We will also be talking about Pharmacist Independent Prescribers and their future roles within primary care.
The group provides strong representation for primary care pharmacy and ensures this area of practice is both recognised and supported across England, Scotland and Wales.
